We use simple ingredients for our dough: King Arthur unbleached unenriched bread flour (or local organic Lindley Mills bread flour), water, sea salt, and honey. For our toppings, we use homegrown rosemary, basil, oregano, and thyme with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
