Do you have seasonal allergies or food sensitivities that you wish could be calmed? Are you pregnant and in need of an extra boost? All of these questions can be answered by the support of Herbal Grey Medicinal tea.
Based on the timeless and effective NORA tea for pregnancy, our Herbal Grey tea is nourishing, blood strengthening, anti-inflammatory, high in iron and minerals and calms allergy symptoms. Nettle is immune-modulating and excellent for allergies (seasonal and lowering histamines against food sensitivities). Oatstraw and alfalfa are both excellent sources of iron and other minerals; they help to purify the blood, reduce stress, soothe irritated tissues, lower blood pressure and balance blood sugar. Finally, red raspberry leaf has been used for centuries to support women’s health and strengthen the uterus and is a great source of vitamins and minerals. Orange peels and bergamot essential oil complete this blend by providing vitamin C and excellent flavor so that one can enjoy a cup of Herbal Grey every day.

Herbal Grey tea for Pregnancy and Postpartum:
Pregnant women are advised to use Herbal Grey tea after 16 weeks into pregnancy, and it can be used throughout the postpartum and breastfeeding to optimize mineral absorption, guard against anemia, and support the immune system for optimum health. Nettle supports milk production, diminishes muscle pain, strengthens blood vessels, and prevents bladder infections. Oatstraw supports the nervous system, helps with exhaustion and depression, and tones the uterus. Red raspberry leaf tones the uterus, prevents excessive bleeding, tones mucus membranes throughout the body, increases milk production, and makes uterine contractions more effective. Finally, alfalfa purifies the blood, balances blood sugar, and supports the digestive tract. All these herbs combined (plus the orange peels) contain iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin A, C, D, E, and K, and more. It is recommended for pregnant women to drink one quart of this tea per day. If that is too difficult to do, then half the quart daily or at least drinking it four times a week is recommended.
